In 1970 I was born in Vienna, in Austria, where I grew up bilingual (Greek and German).

In addition to my studies of Law (Magister Iuris) and my Master of Business Administration (MBA) I worked for many years in the fields of Law, International Tax, Mergers&Acquisitions, sponsoring, restructuring and reorganization of companies.

Then there was a time when different people asked me for my, second opinion, concerning business issues. That was the time to found second opinion.

Due to my own experience I know how you can get stucked and how helpful a new perspective may be.
In addition a helping hand with the needed know-how and network is always a value added and eases many actions.
